Duane Ramseur, MBA
As the President of Ramseur Consulting Inc., Duane Ramseur is a leader with the ability to identify sales and operational improvement opportunities while guiding organizations toward excellence and rapid growth. He can analyze process performance to understand pain points and determine root causes. Duane has developed strategies to address business issues and measure the solutions against the associated control plan to achieve targeted outcomes. He is a visionary with an energetic management style towards change with a high level of integrity that speaks regularly to business leaders.
Duane has more than 25 years of award-winning leadership, management, and marketing experience with organizations such as AT&T, ExxonMobil, and Ashland Oil. He has advised businesses ranging from startups to billions in annual revenue.
Duane has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University with a major in Marketing. In addition, he has an MBA in Economics and Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Previously, Duane was a member of the Final Four Committee, Governor Mark Dayton’s Contracting Practices Committee, and was Committee Chair of the St. Paul Rotary Club, St. Paul, MN.
Duane is married with two sons.
